Cool Kids Winners Gallery
The Cool Globes by Cool Kids Contest that recently ran in the Chicago Public Schools in concert with the Department of Environment was a huge success. Mayor Daley officiated an awards ceremony that took place at Daley Plaza on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 where eight winners were announced and awarded certificates. Representatives from the sponsors for our Cool Globes by Cool Kids contest were also present at the ceremony. We would like to extend thanks to Doris Salomon from BP and John Gremer from Walgreens for joining us at the awards ceremony and for their generous support of this program.

Cool Kids Spring Contest Winners
The Cool Globes for Cool Kids Spring 2007 Contest recently took place in the Chicago area. The students were asked to create a globe which depicted a solution to global warming. CoolGlobes would like to thank everyone who participated and contributed to the making of a globe. The quality and thoughtfulness behind each globe submitted was remarkable.
